Welcome to Tyler's oldest B&B, The Woldert-Spence Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn. We are a historic landmark restored to its prior beauty, and the closest lodging facility to the downtown Tyler square. We have a total of 7 guest rooms, 6 in the main house (2 downstairs and 4 upstairs) and the Rockway carriage house in the back.

All rooms have private bathrooms with wall-mounted hairdryers, cable TV, and wireless (WIFI) internet access. Most rooms have queen-size beds, and some are available with fireplaces and private porches or balconies. Plus, all of our rates include an all-you-can-eat country breakfast for two, served to you in our lovely formal Dining Room.

In our Parlor, you can enjoy the company of other guests, or have a quiet moment with a good book from our library. Our guests can also enjoy the jacuzzi in the backyard, and have complimentary access to the neighboring YMCA.

What's New in Tyler? Next Canton Trade Days is July 2 - July 5 The Farmer's Market is open for the season! Just a mile down the road from us on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Blackberries are here, blueberries are just coming around! Also, check out the U-pick farms in the Tyler area. We like Tyler Berry Farm, just down Highway 69. This summer, make plans to come enjoy the Texas Shakespeare Festival, July 2 through August 2 in Kilgore, only 20 minutes away! Don't forget, Robert E.
