Reservations are required in advance and are guaranteed by a major credit card. Unsecured reservations cannot be guaranteed.
All reservations will be secured by a non-refundable deposit of $50. The remaining balance will be billed in full within 10 days of arrival. Reservations booked within 10 days of arrival will be billed immediately. Any add-ons during your stay will be billed prior to checkout.
All cancellations prior to 10 days of arrival date will forfeit the $50 deposit. Within 10 days of your arrival date: cancelling, modifying, or rescheduling a reservation, will result in the full balance being charged. For rescheduling, there is an additional $25 fee. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Group rates/policies are available. Please inquire directly with your innkeepers.
Room rates range from $135.00 to $200.00 per night, and are based on double occupancy. The rates include a bountiful breakfast served on Blue Willow china with crystal and silver, in the formal Dining Room. The Hotel/Motel Occupancy tax of 15% is not included in the base rates. Rates are subject to change. Some rooms can accommodate a 3rd or 4th guest with a rollaway or sofa bed; an additional charge applies. Please make arrangements in advance with your innkeepers.
Please note we do not accommodate pets, or children under 13 years old, in the main house. We allow young children in the Rockway Carriage House.
FIRE/SMOKE POLICY: Please note that any open flame and/or smoking (including e-cig) is not permitted inside any of the Manor’s properties; however, ashtrays are provided for our guests who do smoke. Responsible smoking is allowed outside and 25 ft. away from any entrances to ensure no residual smoke enters a building. There may be a $250 thermal fogging or ozone treatment added to your bill for any smoke abatement required to restore textiles, wall coverings, or furnishings damaged through neglect. Please leave used ashtrays outside.
Guests are invited to enjoy fireplaces, following instructions provided in those units.
Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
We do offer early check-in/late check-out fees at the innkeeper's discretion at the rate of $10/hour (plus tax).
Our home is also available for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, receptions, private parties, or other special occasions or business meetings you wish to plan. For tours, please call in advance for information and to schedule an appointment.
Tax Exempt guests must supply proper forms upon check-in.
