Extended Stay Lodging Information
This 1920's carriage house, located to the
rear of the main house, has almost 700 square feet in a very private
accommodation on the second floor. In the bedroom is a
queen-size bed, with the
entire room decorated in white wicker,
including a rocking chair, and stained-glass lamps. The living room
includes a fireplace with gas logs, cable TV, DVD & VCR player, stereo with CD player,
private phones, a small balcony,
built-in bookshelves and desk, a matching sofa and loveseat, and the original hardwood floors throughout. The sofa pulls out to a queen-size sofa sleeper, thus,
we can accommodate up to 3 people in the carriage house.
In the dining room, 
with a built-in hutch and stained-glass light fixture,
there is a delightfully colorful fruit theme throughout, which continues into
the
fully equipped kitchen with the original cabinets. The kitchen contains a full-size refrigerator with ice maker,
a stove and oven, a microwave, 
coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and all the utensils needed in the event you decide to eat in for dinner!
Refreshments, condiments, coffee and tea, cookies and microwave popcorn are also provided in the kitchen. The full bathroom has a
large pedestal sink, a tub and shower, wall-mounted hairdryer, stained-glass, and the original tiled floor. Guests have access to the outdoor deck below with a chiminea. The room rate includes an all-you-can-eat breakfast
for 2, served in the 
formal dining room in the main house. For the comfort of our guests, the Rockway Carriage House
has central heating and air conditioning.
