District, and located in the heart of Tyler. It is nestled under many old Pecan, Willow Oak, Chinese Pistachio,
Sweetgum and Magnolia trees, with ample private parking available.
Historic 1859 Landmark -
The Manor dates back 149 years, which makes our home one of the
oldest in Tyler, and was completely restored in
1992 by Richard & Patricia Heaton. If you like Queen-Ann Victorian, you came to the right place
Just step back in time. ALL 8 rooms have private baths with wall-mounted hairdryers, and most rooms have queen-size beds. ALL rooms have cable television, most with TruFlat screens. We also have wireless (WIFI) internet access.
The Manor features extensive original 1884 stained-glass windows and doors.
Another big plus is our many decks, arbor, porches, balconies and courtyard for our guests to enjoy.
Delicious all-you-can-eat country breakfast -
Savor the aroma of freshly cooked bacon or sausage links, biscuits,
and freshly brewed coffee, when you rise. Taste the specially prepared scrambled eggs and fried potatoes, cooked
fresh every morning. Enjoy pure maple syrup on your pancakes or french toast, and leave room for an apple and cinnamon scone. We have dishes without meat for those who are vegetarian.

Enjoy a soothing soak in the rear garden spa, watch and listen to wild birds, enjoy
the trees, listen to the fountains, observe the koi in the fish garden, or just stroll the brick path. Relax in
in the courtyard, enjoy the tranquility under the arbor, or pamper yourself and just do nothing at all.
