The Robert Spence, Jr. room (15' x 15') was once used by the youngest son of the Woldert-Spence family. Located upstairs in the northwest corner of the house, it features original heart-of-pine floors and french doors leading out to a private covered balcony, shaded by a Bradford pear tree and overlooking Tyler's historic brick streets.

The Robert Spence, Jr. room is furnished with a queen-size heirloom metal bed, an antique vanity and matching chest of drawers of ornately carved oak with burlwood overlay, and a pair of matching walnut marble-topped nightstands.

On the bed is a gorgeous quilt handmade by Lisa's grandmother in shades of rose in the log cabin barn-raising design. The room is decorated in rose, blues, cream and white, and has a private bath with a step-in shower and a wall-mounted hairdryer. The room also features cable TV and wireless internet access.
