The largest room in the house (18' x 20'), Alma Mary & Robert Spence's Room is located in the southeast corner of the first floor. Alma Mary was born in this room in 1884, and in 1910 it was converted into the master bedroom.

The room features 12' ceilings, a tiled working gas fireplace with a sitting area, large bay windows with original 1884 stained glass, and original hardwood floors. The room also has a large private screened-in porch, with a table and four chairs, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning before breakfast. The room is delightfully furnished with an antique walnut bedroom suite, which includes a pillowtop queen-size bed with the matching vanity with folding mirrors, a large dresser & mirror, and chest of drawers, all of which have the restored hand-painted adornments.

The room has a private bath with a restored antique claw-foot tub with shower and a wall-mounted hairdryer. The room features wireless internet access, and is spacious enough for a third person to use a rollaway. Please note that the Alma Mary room does not have a television.     $139.00
