Gift Certificates are available and are custom-made for that special person, at no extra charge.

Reservations are required in advance and are guaranteed by a major credit card , and can be paid upon check-out by credit card, check or cash. Unsecured reservations cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the small size of our inn, cancellations do affect us significantly. Therefore, we normally adhere to the following cancellation policy:  Deposits/Balances can only be refunded if cancellation notice is received more than ten days from the date of arrival (or 21-30 days on group reservations), unless we are able to rebook the room(s). A $10.00 process fee may be charged for each and any cancellation.

Room rates range from $99.00 to $139.00 per night, and are based on double occupancy. The rates include a bountiful all-you-can-eat breakfast served family-style on Blue Willow china with crystal and silver, in the formal Dining Room. Corporate / Single rates are available starting at $95.00 per night, with State rates starting at $85.00. The Hotel/Motel Occupancy tax of 13% is not included in the above rates, and the rates are subject to change.

Please note we are unable to accommodate small children under 10 years old and pets. However, we can allow small children in the Rockway carriage house (Room 7).

Smoking is permitted on the outside covered porches, decks or balconies only.

Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M. to Late (with prior notice) / Check-Out Time: By 11:00 A.M.
Please note that an early check-in and/or late check-out time may be arranged for a small fee.

Our home is also available for honeymoons, birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions or business meetings you wish to plan. For tours, please call in advance for information and to schedule an appointment. Please note that we no longer hold weddings and/or receptions at the Manor.
